If anyone acquires more than 9.9% of the shares, they are required by securities laws to go public with this. However, the "poison pill" being proposed by Tusk is interesting at this stage of the game. I did hear some rumours on the street today, but because they are just that, RUMOURS, I will not spread on this thread.... they could be right and they could be wrong. We need some details released from the Company. mike
