Hi Patrick, Do you know if there was a "quite-some-time-ago-scheduled" regular Board meeting of TKE today? If so, then maybe this "item" has been on the agenda for quite a while and was only coincidentally dealt with at this time. If not, and if TKE do not think that they have something "of material significance to TKE" in their Strachan well, then it seems a little odd to me that TKE would choose this timing to do their planning and necessitating the calling of a director's meeting just to deal with an unimportant agenda item. They could have deferred it until their upcoming annual and subsequent director meetings. But, you are right, better to have a plan!!! Later, grayhairs Later, grayhairs
