Hopper was the CEO of Dynamotion. He is just cashing some money
to spend. All of these guys did not have a chance to sell or cash in
their options for a longest time. All the acquisitions over the last few
years created many blackout periods where they can not sell.
I am no concern with the selling The number of shares involved are
relatively few.
