IBM has used the annual meeting in each of the last two years to raise its dividend , something analysts say is a possibility again this year : biz.yahoo.com On 5/11/98 Apple Computer , a IBM PowerPC partner with Motorola , will disclose their plan which directly impacts MSFT and INTC . AAPL is to unveil a low cost server/desktop OS (Rhapsody) to rival MSFT's NT after introducing (IBM) PowerPC laptops which run faster and cooler than INTC's . Importantly IBM has integrated its superior PowerPC into its mainframe and mid-range server offerings and will not be dependent on INTC . Thanks again and regards, Jim K.
