If you can show me that cfgiw converts to common in anything other than a 1:1 conversion ratio, I'll give you three months of a stockwarrants.com subscription for free. It's not unusual to see in-the-money warrants trade a tad below fair value...since, as you say, the actual exercise occurs by snail mail, you actually take on the small risk that the stock price could decrease in the interim. Thus the discrepancy.
