How does one 'improve shareholder value'? Signist, thread- MRVC seems genuinely concerned about 'shareholder value.' Noam says they talked to some investment bankers and ... that is all he can say. What can a company do to increase 'shareholder value'? I trust MRVC knows how to acquire well, so I sure would not like to see a stock buy-back. Dividends are out of the question! Inquiring minds want to know- I hope the thread can help me out.
