Not trying to blow smoke or anything. Ive had some bad experiences in the past where some the co's I invested in took a very long time and had too jump thru many hoops to get listed. It's much, much tougher than most people realize. My experience has been that it takes approx a year or more to get approved. I believe, and correct me if Im wrong, but TAVA just sought approval back in Nov or Dec? Just wondering if the NASD may perceive TAVA as a one hit wonder and forgo approval because they wont be able to meet the NMS requirements after 2000. I guess this is what Im trying to get at. I dont know. Im just speculating on what could be happening with NMS. Correct me if im way off.
