More info: ISI has two divisions, ISI Lithography and IS International. Spun-off from General Signal in 1993. Details at semiequip.com, an older web site than the one Justa found. From www.civicpride.com-- Contact Info: Ellery Buchanan, President Phone: 512-719-1600 E-Mail: buchanan@austin.insol.com At the civicpride site, ISI describes their privately-held business as :"State of the art lithography equipment, pre-owned semiconductor equipment, surplus OEM (new) spare parts, semiconductor fab installations. " They say they do $50-$100 million/year in sales, have 50 employees in Austin, 350 worldwide at 20 plus locations-- but that may have changed since their last civicpride update.
