S. Chiang Thanks for your reference to Mr.Rubins comments,the market seems a bit 'touchy' about interest rates and inflation lately. Perhaps the Feds were testing today whether they still have enough power to affect the market After what happened to the Dow, they should feel greatly reassured. Might make them a bit wary of trying a 'real life' rate increase at the next meeting(gggg) Sig
