Gary,
Affiliation with Tosco would be so HUGE.
Tosco is a leader in desulfurizaton of gasoline.
There was a sizable article in IBD just a few weeks ago about how the auto makers were BEGGING the large refineries to reduce sulfur in their fuel.
They do not have adequate desulfurization capacity.
Tosco's Lo-Sulfur fuel + DF144 = $$$$$$$$$$$$$
