Today a group of workers (office) were locked in a room with lawyers. First they asked if any of them knew what Y2k meant. One did! Only one. These are all people who do designing, engineering, computer graphics, ect. They were all told if anyone asks about the company and the year 2000 they are to say they are year 2000 ready, never compliant! A leading steel mill in Pa. They don't know who TAVA is. People, our country is in BIG trouble! This company has been "working" on their 2000 problem for 2 years. They will be testing the plant next January. I asked my source what they will be doing if their systems fail in December? " Why, this consulting company will come in and fix it, of course, "he said. I guess there are a lot of companies in America who think it will be fixed just like that.
