I'd like to throw in my two bits as well. I understand both views being put forth. Frankly, I'm as frustrated as Truth and Andrew but I also spent some time talking with Ken Sinclair and I can confirm that he is very meticulous in what he does. Meticulous means time to do a thorough job. He is in my opinion, the most credible employee to be found in either ERB or SIR and whether it makes you feel good or not, he does believe we have great potential in Washington. He has his own views on what he would like to see happen with regards to the entire play and if you're interested, I'm sure he'd welcome a phone call.
Whoever said the IR guys were hypsters was right. That's their job. Our job as investors is to get beyond the hype and get the truth. I still firmly believe we have a winner here but my interpretation is that it will take a lot longer to see a significant rise in the share price. Unfortunately, while our money is tied up in this deal, it prevents us from jumping into other areas. One last thought; if this were a real dog we'd see a much higher volume. The big boys who own a ton of stock are still on the bandwagon and whether you believe it or not, the big boys have enough clout to get past the IR bull*@#+ so obviously they know there is something of value here. JMHO.
