MM;

About Transfer Agent, I don't care the company has it or not. If you need the exact amount of total shares, check it on SEC file. MINE is a reported company. Based on SEC rules as I know, the company have to report any additional shares to SEC. It's much easier, isn't it?....:)

Well it is not very current since the last filing was done in Sept. of 97. And in those nine months they issued Approx 45 Million shares.
7 months have past and they deemed to not file on time so the numbers are still out and can't be confirmed. What is the big deal on calling the transfer agent and why is it not on their Web Site. Who was the one who started this thread in the first place not me. It does say MINE vs IKAR does it not?

What is your point and why compare two different companies that have nothing in common. Allot of IKAR'S value is based on Tungsten MINE is Gold. IKAR has a total of 17 Million shares MINE is ????? 90 Million. IKAR cap on total shares is 50,000,000 MINE is 800,000,000. ?????????? so what is your agenda are you trying to make MINE out to be worth more by comparing the two? MINE has 5 times more shares than IKAR to begin with .145 x 5 = .725 that is the price you are paying for MINE based on total shares that you think are correct.

I guess we will wait on the report if it does indeed come out on or before the 30th and remember to read the disclaimer.

Alan, if you don't like MINE...just forget it....:)

The same goes to you if you do not own shares in IKAR forget it and stop this nonsense to get people sucked into a stock while piggy backing off IKAR.
