Just when I think I have a (the) key to the stock market,
somebody changes the lock. If the McClellan summation slamation pattern followed previous examples, notably August 92 and February 1994 (with relatively high third peak readings), then the first downdraft wasn't supposed to arrive at an oscillator reading of -271.

Either the first downdraft was the one from early April, or the next
downleg, presumably after an stabilization period or an upleg,
may qualify for a special word. Too early to tell.

1963 did have a couple of good downdrafts.
