EPS estimates (rough)
1997 Year 10.85 cents/share based on 20 M shares = 2,100,000.
1998 1st Quarter = (2,100,000)/4 * 30% increase = 650,000.
estimate of #shares 1st quarter 40 M. 1st Quarter eps = 4 cents.
1998 2nd Quarter = 650,000* 10% increase = 700,000. + Myriad of (2,500,000)/4 = 600,000 yields total of 1,300,000 based on 50,000,000 shares = 2.6 cents a share.
Using a 10% growth factor and throwing in fudge factors say the 3rd and 4th quarters yield 3 cents share with no dilution of shares.
then 1998 totals will be about 10 cents a share also.
I think a PE of 8 to 10 is fair for a 1st time reporting company. the PE will grow as quarterly reports are filed in a timely manner.
