Hey DONT OVERREACT. This company may not even lose this lawsuit, since Hirulog did show some efficacy, just not enough to justify it as a homerun product. I don't think that Biogen would have gone to court if they didn't think they had a good chance to defend the suit. Besides, the company is doing great in terms of Avonex sales and pipeline development. Let's not call this bad news; its just a bump in the road.
