Hi Steve, I saw the mention of the shareholders meeting in the Edgar fillings (SC 13D/A file on 9/25/96). It was actually a request for the court to call the meeting. It appears that PCOM has some form of dissention among the board and possilbe excluded a member from a meeting called on short notice from participating. Looks interesting to me. I was just wondering if anything came out of this filing? Thanks, Don
