Thanks Noel: I have to agree with your perspective of the locals. While I am an elated 2-dish local customer, as an investor I have to agree with your assessment that Echo III is underutilized. I wish the restrictions that prevent people from getting Primetime 24 would go away. This "local channel protection act" and "must carry" requirements simply subsidize rarely watched TV programs. Question: If DISH owns all of these orbital slots, why did they not just put Echo I, II, III, and soon to be IV on top of one another so that 1 dish could read them all. 10 days to Blast OFF !!!!!
