You just got through saying that there would be NO contract, that any one expecting the announcement of a contract today would be disappointed, that there will only be further funding for further study.

There will be no major "contract" announced. What we will have is a further funding by
the gov't for the ACWA program. The value ofCXI lies in the capability they have and
the affiliations current and in the future. They will IMO be working with companies such
as LK, DRTK, DM.. Then there is the world wide problem of chem weapon disposal
(Russia, China etc.)
If you are looking for a major announcement I feel you will be disappointed
