My RT does not adjust till 15- 30 mins before opening. However if
volume #s show up from 3rd market, it has more meaning to it in my
system. What I don't like my RT is that it adjusts only ask or bid,
not both before opening. So I have to pay closer attention to see
which side is keep changing.
