Bosco Correct, RATL (which I also have a small stake in) has Clear Case and is a competitor of ISLI's PVCS. ISLI with its ROBUST SCM, PVCS, ASQ, Tracker and Consulting/Education service org. is without a question the LEADER and will remain so for a looong time to come. It always behooves corps. to review all available products before the choose ISLI's. Re: your Y2K possibility of losing focus statement....ABSOLUTELY NO...last year ISLI refocused and committed itself to core businesses and ISLI management has continuously stated that these businesses WILL ALL be their focus. Y2K is wonderful and will be most beneficial for a long time to come (remediation, euro, renewal AND for DEVELOPING & CONTINUING new client relationships) but it won't cause any clouding of foci, IMHO. BTW, ISLI is already up 3/8 in pre-market activity today. I see 17-18 by May 1st. Michael
