you're right, but that is a different peer group: smaller-cap value. I have held PBHG Strategic Small Company (which is a value/growth small cap fund) and it is up about 60% year over year.

My point is that in the small cap agressive growth universe, PBHG Growth and Emerging Growth is near the top (or at least top half).
