Kurt, Yeah, I saw it yesterday. It is a little disturbing but I am not sure exactly how it will impact the bottom line. The Divx story (todays news) I know will put some short term $ into the bottom line as there are very few Divx disk makers and they want a ton of them available for the launch. The big impact for Nimbus this qtr. is that DVD (open + Divx) is getting bigger and bigger each month and we should see a nice pop in the percentage of revenue that it represents for the company. (It has been a pretty small player but growing rapidly) As you know Paramount has announced they will do open DVD as well, so the only hold-out is left is FOX (who is doing Divx). I feel Divx will fail but it will take a couple years to do it (there is alot of money behind it). The open format is just better for everyone, it is selling great right now as well, I now see big displays in stores everywhere. Lets see if the numbers show it this qtr. I think the earnings will be the week of May 25... Jim
