Jason, you sound like you're not new to this game. Would you give me your take on WinStar taking a 14.9% position in a competitor.

As I understand, anyone taking a 15% position would need shareholder approval. So do you buy the 14.9% to force a vote for total takeover? Do you buy as large as you can as a platform for a hostile tender? Do you buy as large as you can to head off another anticipated offer? You've seen the game played, what do you think is next?

Thanks,
Steve
