Not sure when the merger will be complete though a posted article last week quoting I think a DEC manager said he was leaving when the merger was completed 6/30. FIRST I believe the the gov't has to give its approval for the buyout. Hopefully this will come within the next week. Upon the approval CPQ should be bolstered. SECOND is the DEC and CPQ shareholders vote for the buyout. Finally and really IMPORTANTLY is CPQ's plans for the NEW merged company. From what I've garnered a lot of planning has been accomplished. THIS will make or break the stock price over the following 6 months, a REAL key !! Looking forward to continued excitement ! Michael
