Michael, I've asked myself the same and some other questions: How do you think this stock will trade after the split? Consider that more people already know what's going on. If they don't sell now, they'll sell immediately after and we have an instant oversupply with a deteriorating price and an eroding base (+no fundamentals whatsoever). What do you think it will be worth if the SEC starts digging before the split? Well, we have seen recent examples, haven't we? But that's more of a gambling decision. If they find that there is illegal trading of unqualified stock, they might even stop the trading. But who can predict that? Is this all just legal rumbling or will it cause the stock to collapse? It's less a question of "if it will collapse" but "when it will collapse". If you would have heard all the news I got today, you wouldn't even ask (some of them are in my recent response to George Burdell, but not all of them). And regarding that SCCCCAAARE and PPAAANNNICC stuff: Stop whining and GET OVER IT! (or move to Vegas) Besides, I don't care for making profits based on criminal behavior. That's so 80's....... Peter
