MDIX has 12.8 million shares. Due to receive up to $9 million cash - about $0.72 per share.

Now, what will be the taxation on this amount? Is there a substantial tax loss carryforward? I didn't see it on the 10-K, but I didn't spend a lot of time looking.

How much money will MDIX lose this year?

How much do they need to get their balance sheet in better position?

How much is left over as free cash per share, if any?

Would much appreciate if some of you longer term holders can answer some of these quesitons.

thanks, peter
