Sell the rights to BellSoth is CAI's game playing with BANX. This deal will help CAI on the negotiation table with BANX. As the owner, CAI can sell the rights to anyone else if BANX does not want to provide finacial support in the future. So, to continue the contract with CAI is the only way BANX can go.
