Charles, worry is one thing, panic is another! What does "worry" me is that real estate is starting to "bubble" with these high wages and employment levels. The CEO of Toll Brothers was on CNBC this a.m. and he stated flatly that Toll is raising prices on its homes willy nilly at 5K a pop and people aren't even flinching. He said that getting enough wage labor isn't the problem -- finding managers is. Anyway, this sort of property environment smacks of the mid to late 80s. And we know what happened. The only consolation I can find is that this seems to be limited to residential. I don't find the same anecdotal evidence in commercial, whereas in the 80s commercial went crazy too. Just so that this post is on topic, Go SUNW!
