Bryan - What I am after is a CURRENT SEI SHAREHOLDERS LIST! What Pat (or Cathyc or James Tully or whoever it is) says they are going to give us tomorrow is, an OLD ICMX Shareholders List (which I certainly hope we do get, and I will be very thankful for)!

I, for one, would not count on the "lock up" provision having kept the shares out of the market. That would be nice, but I doubt it. You are correct that any sales of such shares would certainly appear to be a breach of contract, and hopefully actionable by SEI.

Whether sold or not, the shares are all "outstanding". If they are not yet sold, it would probably be easier for SEI to cancel them, in those cases where a reasonable value was not received. In either case, sold or not, both criminal and civil actions could be brought by SEI against any such individual and/or firm, if they can be found! We SHOULD be able to count on SEI taking numerous and quick actions against all fraudulent stock recipients!
