David, my computer and I wanted to go long this morning, but I held back, because one on of my screens with 16 tech stocks and indexes, I watch the change from yesterday's close, but more importantly to me, the changes from the opening.
At 9:45, 14 of 16 were up from yesterday, but only 4 of 16 were up from the opening. This was indicating to me that that market popped on the open, but was weaker after the open, so I held off on the longs. That has proven to be correct, as the board is now only 7 of 16 up from yesterday, and only 1 of 16 is up from the open. Everything is headed down. Glad that I didn't go long.
