RICHARDSON, Texas, April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Intelect Communications, Inc.
(Nasdaq: ICOM) ("INTELECT") announced today that its Intelect Network
Technologies business unit has completed an OEM agreement with the Odetics ITS
division of Odetics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ODETA and ODETB). The private label
teaming agreement covers Intelect's SONETLYNX(TM) and LANscape(TM) product
lines. Odetics ITS designs and installs Advanced Traffic Management Systems
(ATMS) and Advanced Traveler Information Systems (ATIS) projects in the US and
China. Odetics ITS also manufactures vision sensor products for roadway and
automotive applications.

platform. Intelect Network Technologies' SONETLYNX provides leading-edge
