Nancy, I hope the Lord cultivates and nourishes you and you produce good fruit, and me too. The adultrous woman was not judged by Jesus because He said plainly many times He had not come to judge the world. He will come again to judge the world but that time He came to save the world, save that which was lost. And that was not just Israel and the Jews but the whole creation, that is what was lost. If you can envision the same Jesus who did not judge the woman as the same Jesus who was with God when the world was created, who uttered every word, who also has the name The Word Of God. That Jesus has a much larger concern that just Israel, He was sent to the whole world. He was before Israel and the Law and is after. God always intended to save the whole world, not just Israel. The next time Jesus comes, He will come for judgement and that is the message and always has been. Repent for the Day of the Lord is at hand (Rev. 19:11-21). Jonah did not mince any words when he preached at Ninevah and they repented. Kind soft words were not what he delivered.
