Are you sure these S-8's are outstanding? How do the mechanics work? I don't think the individual is given the shares when they sign the contract? I would think that the transfer agent has a copy of the agreement and transfers the shares as stated to the individuals broker. Either that or the individual works with SOE's broker? Which would be??? I'm not 100% sure about these being outstanding right now? Aloha
