If the wonderful Ms Brooks did abide by her contract with the company, one would assume she still holds all those shares. If she sold shares, she was not supposed to sell more than 50,000 per week which would end up taking 52 weeks to do which would end 12/1/96. The way I see it, if she doesn't still have all those shares, she will have violated the "spirit" of the agreement. The words "locked up for a period of one year" could in no way be misunderstood to mean "I can sell as I please any time I want".

Just my first impression. Gee, what happens if all these people sold and SEXI demands the shares back. What a squeeze that would be.
