Challenge!

I am shocked. I feel that the following data is the most basic fundamental data one would use to measure the relative valuation of the stock market, yet I can't find it. I have even sent emails to Dow Jones and S&P, with little success. I challenge anyone here to share this data or a reliable source for it:

S&P 500 Price/Earnings - Historic High/Low/Average/Current
S&P 500 Price/Sales - Historic High/Low/Average/Current
S&P 500 Price/Book - Historic High/Low/Average/Current
S&P 500 Dividend Yield - Historic High/Low/Average/Current

If you've got it for the DOW that would be nice too.

Thanks,
WS
