So what do you all think that ICGN could get for Fresh Air if the sold it off? Given the manufacturing facility, patent portfolio, limited market penetration, product line, etc... Does anyone think it can go for $20-25 million? Then ICGN can use the proceeds to pay down the notes and Rare will be a debt-free company with $10 million in cash and new management. Throw in some new high-profile web-deals (I'll leave it to Mark to report on these) and we have ourselves an interesting company. Who thinks it will be a firesale?! If it's a firesale, I'd rather see it spun-off to shareholders. Anyway, good luck everyone! Tom
