Tulvio, check out the 10k of virtually any diversified driller for explanations of the various types of rigs and depth ranges, dayrates and some other info. No pictures (although if you go to the homepages you can often get the annual reports sent to you, and they have some pictures -- usually their newest and best stuff). I don't think they break down the operating costs for each rig. There are usually general figures for the cost of newly purchased or upgraded rigs.
