Ned, I know you think I'm crazy to stay with this joy ride, but there are still some things to cling to. The Danielle deal was signed by Swan. He told me that. He tried to back out but that's not the gentlemanly thing to do. The court could find in our favor. John had almost nothing to do with running the company on a day-to-day basis and him being out of the picture if it goes through shouldn't hurt the company. In fact, revenue has been flat every since he took over as near as I can tell. Gold Coast was a small deal and I'm told Eric Hudson had intentionally killed the business just before he was to sell it to Araldica. There are lots of other fish in the sea. Try not to cling to the old announcements like Wilcox and 5MM advertising and Access America, etc. It's like spaghetti, you throw a few pieces at the wall and if something sticks, it's a deal, until then it's not done.
