Although Marengi seems to be political, he does need more than a few weeks to make anything happen. I cannot get into the Novell politics as I am unfamiliar with your personnel statements. If he is a John Young supported appointee, he still might perform for us. He cannot be effective if all you want is his attention. Remember, Novell didn't end up in the pits in just a couple of days. This has been a downhill slide for a while. I will temporarily give him the benefit of a beign a very busy man right now. The letter from Joe was not as unemotional as your letter is. Perhaps you should re-read it.
