As for Access America the response you were looking for was under your nose the entire time (on my message board)...they have an office listing in NYC (and Philadelphia). If either is the main office now so be it, it is not my responsibility to keep up with where they are located within the USA. ("...why it is inaccessible to the public but you are privy to that information."...because I WORK FOR THE COMPANY!)

The signed letter was faxed (and is legaly just as binding as being mailed) and to date neither party has recanted their opnion of this in writing (that I have ever been informed of).
Edgar Arguello job is just fine and you have no need to be concerned over that.
We own Super City Gourmet, the deal is done. Super City is expanding it sales and increasing its volume monthly.

If you are a stockholder, well then I have ALL the information I could want on you, as I have access too and copies of all stockholders lists and reports.
