Don,
That's not "G* east coast operation". It is the LM SMS&S East
Coast Operations. They are under contract with Globalsar to
build their ground system. Ray Mazzola has been the acting
PM, + system eng & S/W manager for sometime. They have
recently gave Ray the PM slot, and Mark Kaufman has assumed duties as acting system eng & S/W manager. Really don't think you
will see any great changes.
