All I can tell you is that people with lots of money do things that are technically illegal all the time and get away with it. Stock manipulation is very hard to prove and a person with substantial wealth can find ways to cover his tracks. You don't get to be a billionaire by playing by the rules all the time. As for the price movement, I can wait. Why would I be upset? Would you be upset if the market crashed and you could suddenly buy Intel for $20? The same opportunity exists when junk stocks go higher.
