Very good question. From the press release that announced the break-up of the co., it appears that this venture capitalist firm will attempt to do something w/ half, and they are still pursuing alternatives for the other half (ideas include the sale of some assets, etc.).
What I'm waiting to find out is how the first half will be handled: is the new co. going private? Will it be public? Are the shares going to be spun off to current shareholders? Will we get cash, etc., etc., etc.?
