CMstat's V5 Configuration Management System Selected by General Dynamics Land Systems; CMstat's Software to Manage Engineering Data for Armored Vehicle Division of General Dynamics

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 28, 1998--CMstat Corp., a leading developer and provider of comprehensive Configuration Management (CM) systems, today announced that General Dynamics (GD) Land Systems has selected the CMstat V5.4 System to manage the configuration of armored vehicles.

GD Land Systems is implementing CMstat's V5.4 System to modernize the company's configuration management solutions. With offices in seven states, GD Land Systems was seeking a collaborative solution that would serve as a main repository for all data linked to its nationwide manufacturing systems.

CMstat's V5.4 system will enable GD Land Systems to improve access to mission-critical engineering data, reduce recurring costs, enhance product information reporting and access to technical data.
