Ok Folks, here it is as promised.

Tridon Enterprises Inc. (TEIM) Beverly Hills, Hills, CA The Company and its Cheif Executive, Paul Ebeling, for the last 90 days have been plagued by malicious rumours and spurious allegations posted on several Stock Message Boards on the Internet. The inuendo being that the information was "leaked" by someone from within the Company.

The Company believes that this was work of professional manipulating its stock price. During this past October some of the Internet posting were extremely derogatory and demaging.

Mr. Ebeling sought advise of counsel who spoke with SEC management. On November 4, 1996 the Company provided to the SEC enforcement office a complete chronology of events along with the names of all the parties believed responsible for the suspected manipulation of its stock.

Complaints to Internet providers were made by the Company against the indivuals responsible .
AOL's Community Action Team took appropiate action on those complaints.

The Company has no debt and is in the strongest financial condition in its history.

Tridon Enterprises is proceeding with its business plan and expects to meet its goals and projections.
