Doug,

since it seems that the problem facing this stock has been the unreasoned fear that some "bookeeping hanky panky" caused the demise of Flam and the delay of earnings release, isn't it reasonable (and legally required) to think that if such accounting problems existed rthey would have to have been disclosed by now. I mean that if Dresnick knows there are problems, he has to disclose that..not the extent of them, just their existence..

Therefore, the fact that there has been no discussion of "hanky panky" to date leads me to believe that there is no problem and this has just been fodder for the shorts...
