Gil, You make me sick. I have experienced horror stories with them during the past few months and you like a jerk comes back and defend AMTD every time someone tells their story. You must be an employee of them or something. There is absolutely no excuse for AMTD's incompetency. I am not blaming the people who answer phones, but the freaking management for doing those massive ad campaigns without adequate infrastructure to support the volume. Hey, I don't have any problem buying books from amazon.com. They are a new business. So don't give me the crap about on-line trading being all brand new. The reason why I am so frustrated is that it take so long to take your account else where, which is what I am doing. BTW, I just found this thread. Clayton
