A few questions:
1. Why, if the PEC fuel is so promising, was it difficult to get venture capital from a more "logical" source, such as an oil company?

2. During a conference call on Oct 4, 1996 between Mr. Knickerbocker and some shareholders and a few brokers, he stated that within 60 days of that date, most of the callers' questions regarding the near term plans for PEC would be answered. Do you happen to have any specific knowledge about this timetable, and do you have any information about the content of the forthcoming announcement?

3. In that conference call, Mr. Knickerbocker stated that he thought that the PEC IPO would occur before the end of 1997; are you certain that it will occur early in the year?

4. On the surface, this is an extremely compelling story. Any idea why the stock is languishing?
