Well I got a response...

I had asked if Nimbus could provide a list of studios/titles ect of DVDs they had manufactured and maybe post it on their web site. (I asked nicely and cited several reasons why it would be good PR with the shareholders) My mail message was fwd'ed around a bit but I did get a response to my original questions within 24 hours.

Their reply to my email follows:

Jim:

I got your email from Rich Eisenstadt to the Company, I will be handling the
public relations for the financial community. With regard to your question
about the studios the Company has arrangements with, unfortunately, we cannot
make an announcement regarding who we have contracts with. This has to do with
the competitive nature of the manufacturing and content process and the nature
of contracts Nimbus signs with those companies. You can safely assume that
Nimbus has relationships with all of the major independent movie studios which
have announced commitment to DVD. Clearly, quantity and commitment will differ.
Furthermore, Nimbus relationship with Digital Video Express, as announced this
morning, extends Nimbus' contact with the major content providers to the major
studios. You can look at the list of major studios which have signed on with
DIVX on their website: www.divx.com.
